Our Shipping Policy

We will pay shipping charges for all orders over $100.00 in the continental 48 United States. Orders under $100.00 shipped in the continental United States will be subject to a $ 7.00 shipping and handling fee. All orders shipped outside of the continental United States will be subject to actual shipping charges.

In some cases, because of the nature of the item such as exam tables and other large equipment, or the absence of appropriate personnel or facilities, special delivery services need to be arranged.

For these large items, the normal service offered is referred to as “Tail-gate delivery.” With this service, the carrier is only required to bring the item to “tailgate” of the truck. It is then your responsibility to get it inside. This service is offered to you free of charge.

Please call us at (800) 522-0092 or e-mail us at Customer Service for information regarding additional services getting equipment delivered, set up and packing materials removed. These services can usually be provided for as little as $150.00 to $250.00 per item depending on your specific needs.

We encourage you to inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives to make sure it has been damaged in transit. Claims for product damaged in transit need to be made against the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within 15 days to the freight company. Please contact us for assistance on damaged items.
